Which tools does NEMA offer?

1. Power Matrix

The power matrix is about analysing the basic constellation from which a negotiation between the partners takes place. The basic constellation of a negotiation is primarily influenced by the partners' dependence on having to reach a deal with the negotiating partner.

2. Negotiation Issue Analysis

The aim of this analysis tool is to document as thoroughly as possible the issues that will (presumably) be the subject of the negotiation. The negotiation issues identified in this way are then examined and analysed in order to deal with the issues in the best possible way.

3. Offer Management

When planning an offer, the first step is to derive the objectives that you want to pursue in a negotiation. A multi-stage target-setting process is required to ensure that the targets are ambitious but also realistic.

4. Battle Planning

The "Battle Plan" tool is used to plan your own approach for an upcoming negotiation and to take into account possible reactions from your negotiating partner.

5. Reporting

Reporting presents you with all of the results that you have compiled while working on the tools. You can display the results in the form of a PDF file and use them as a navigator for further preparation of the negotiation or during the negotiation.
