Dr. Maximilian Ortmann

Dr. Maximilian Ortmann joined the Executive Board in 2022 after operating as a consultant and coach at the Negotiation Academy Potsdam since 2016. He has vast expertise in the automotive, construction, chemical, and aviation industries (about € 10 billion in total volume coached), and he is an expert in the field of negotiating targets.

Dr. Magdalena Kasberger

Dr. Magdalena Kasberger has been a consultant and coach at the Negotiation Academy Potsdam since 2020. She is a specialist in the field of negotiation controlling and has extensive experience in the automotive, construction, human resources and aviation industries (approx. €1 billion in total coaching volume). She has been a member of the NAP Executive Board since 2024.

Florian Mehlhase has been a consultant and coach at the Negotiation Academy Potsdam since 2021. He also took on the role of Senior Program Manager in May 2025.

Yannick Urbitsch has been working as a consultant and coach for the Negotiation Academy Potsdam since 2022. As a proven expert in claim negotiations, he has in-depth scientific expertise and extensive practical experience in this demanding form of business negotiation. He also has in-depth industry knowledge in purchasing and sales negotiations, particularly in the automotive and construction industries as well as in the logistics sector. Since 2022, he has successfully accompanied numerous training and consulting projects for well-known companies, helping them to further develop their negotiation strategy in a targeted manner and anchor it sustainably in their day-to-day business.

Prof. Dr. Uta Herbst

Prof. Dr. Uta Herbst was the director of the Negotiation Academy Potsdam until August 2025 and is a professor of business administration at the University of Potsdam. Her research in the areas of gender negotiation, collective bargaining, health care sector negotiations, and industrial purchasing and sales negotiations spans many years.

She has assisted numerous known DAX firms and SMEs from the automotive, construction, chemical, banking, logistics, aviation, and pharmaceutical industries in difficult negotiations for many years.

Prof. Dr. Markus Voeth

Professor Dr. Markus Voeth was the Director of the Negotiation Academy Potsdam until August 2025 and is a professor of business administration at the University of Hohenheim. Since 1995, he has worked as a management consultant and coach for major DAX firms and SMEs in the area of negotiation management.

His work focuses on price negotiations, purchasing and sales negotiations, collective bargaining, and M&A negotiations in the automotive, construction, chemical, finance, logistics, aviation, and pharmaceutical industries.
