Training Content

You know about the importance of negotiation management and you know the NAP methodology for successful negotiation? Now you are looking for an opportunity to gain application experience in order to use the NAP methodology more intensively in the area for which you are responsible in the future? You will have the opportunity to do so during the training.

In a realistic negotiation simulation, experienced coaches will support you and your team and advise you on how to use the NAP methodology for optimal negotiation results.

As part of the training, the negotiation game “Big Mountain” is used. The topic is the construction of a new ski lift in a ski resort in the Alps.
For the simulation, the participants are divided into teams and take on the role of a specific party (ski lift manufacturer, lift operator, hotel industry representative or community representative).
Negotiations are to be conducted with other parties in various rounds that build on each other.
The NAP methodology is to be used and applied in the preparation, conduct and controlling of the negotiation rounds.
