NEMA - the negotiation manager
For the instruments and methods of negotiation management presented in the training "NAP Methodology - Knowledge and Competencies" an implementation web application, the NEMA, has been developed. During the training, after a short summary of the tools and methods of negotiation management, it will be shown how to apply the tools and methods using the NEMA application. An industry case study will be used to practice the use of NEMA.
At the beginning of the training, participants will receive an individual access to NEMA, which they can use for personal use for one year after the seminar.
The program is aimed at executives from companies and administration, e.g. from sales, purchasing, finance, M & A, legal department or management, who have already attended a NAP seminar on the tools and methods of negotiation management.
The 2-day negotiation training is limited to 12 participants. Because the number of participants is limited, registrations will be considered according to their receipt. The event concept also includes a social program to promote networking among participants.
Per participant 1.450,- Euro (net), including catering and social program.
The NAP seminar takes place at the Potsdam location in the prestigious premises of the University of Potsdam.
