The MBA Negotiation Management is an innovative, interdisciplinary degree program, which is the first program to unite business, psychological and legal perspectives of the negotiation research for managers.

Based on a solid business understanding of management processes and leadership tasks, participants learn from renowned scientists and experts with extensive practical experience, how to manage complex negotiation situations efficiently and targeted, through theroretical reflection, practical exercises and qualified feedback.

The NAP is the first university academy for negotiation in Germany. Our goal is to generate latest findings in research on issues of negotiation management. Based on these insights, the negotiation training seminars of the NAP educates practitioners to improve their negotiating skills in order to optimize their purchasing negotiations, sales negotiations, personnel negotiations or e.g. collective bargaining.
